On 4 December, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) organises a workshop in Brussels on the conditionalities stipulated in contracts for standard, firm gas capacity products.
The Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms for gas requires the Agency to report on such conditionalities, having regard to their effect on the efficient network use and the integration of the Union gas markets.
The Agency has contracted a consultant to assist it with this task. In the workshop, the consultant will present the preliminary findings of the study on conditionalities.
