On 19 June the Agency will hold a workshop at its premises to gather input from stakeholders before it issues a Decision to select a booking platform for the German-Polish border. The issue was referred to ACER from the German and Polish National Regulatory Authorities for Energy (NRAs).
The Network Code on Capacity Allocation for gas (NC CAM) requires that one single capacity booking platform is selected on two sides of a given gas Interconnection Point (IP). The decision is expected by 19 October 2018.
The aim of the workshop is to gather views of the relevant stakeholders.
