What are the next steps?

ACER has 6 months (until 25 July 2023) to assess the TSOs’ proposal.

In particular, ACER is interested in:

• The calculation of the scheduled exchanges between the Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) trading hubs; and
• Any other necessary amendments.

ACER is running a public consultation on the TSOs proposal from 01 to 29 March 2023.
