The EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) publishes today its report on Belgium’s proposed gas transmission tariffs.
ACER proposes that the proposed Belgian gas transmission tariffs can be improved in line with the EU Network Code on Gas Transmission Tariffs.
ACER provides recommendations to the Belgian national regulatory authority CREG, in particular in relation to the network operator’s regulatory accounts and the parameters used to calculate the tariffs.
