As of today, the functionality platform, through which potential issues with the gas network codes are highlighted, allows more stakeholders to provide feedback on an even wider range of topics.
The “Functionality Process for Gas Network Codes” was set up jointly by ACER and ENTSOG at the beginning of 2016 with the support of the European Commission. To facilitate this process, the functionality platform was developed as a web based tool to allow all relevant parties, to participate by addressing specific issues and developing proposals for their solution.
The Functionality Process now allows to introduce complaints about the application of the Transparency Annex (Annex 1 to Regulation (EC) 715/2009).
Furthermore, the list of business area professionals eligible to become registered users of the functionality platform has been widened by ACER, ENTSOG and third parties acting on behalf of the eligible users.
The functionality platform is available here.
