Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced today that it has succeeded in achieving a compliance rate of 100% regarding the disclosure of financial statements of the listed public joint stock companies within the 45 days from the end of the second quarter period deadline.
There are 67 companies listed on ADX, all of whom have disclosed their financial statements for the second quarter of 2012 within the given 45 days period.
Mr. Saif Sayah Al Mansouri, head of Listed Companies at ADX commented “The collaboration between ADX Listed Companies department and the listed companies on ADX has always proved to be a productive one. We can clearly see this in the high level of compliance the companies have adhered to”.
