In accordance with the established launch plan for the a/c/e/ (CBOT®/Eurex Alliance) electronic trading platform, modified electronic trading hours will be in effect only for the business day Tuesday, August 29, 2000 as follows. (All times shown are Central Time.) Tuesday, August 29, 2000 (only)

Pre-trading: 5:30 a.m.

Pre-opening: 5:50 a.m.

Opening--Financial Products, 6:00 a.m.

Equity Index and Metals Products, 6:20 a.m.

Agricultural Products, No trading

Closing--Financial, Index and Metals Products, 4:00 p.m.

The special hours for August 29, 2000 are scheduled to provide adequate time for Members to ensure proper systems operations.

Regular Trading Hours

Regular trading hours for CBOT® products will be Sunday (Monday business day) through Friday as follows:

Pre-trading, 9:30 p.m.

Pre-opening, 9:50 p.m.

Opening--Financial Products, 10:00 p.m.

Agricultural Products, 10:10 p.m.

Equity Index and Metals Products, 10:20 p.m.

Closing--Agricultural Products, 6:00 a.m.

Closing--Financial, Index and Metals Products, 4:00 p.m.
