The Annual General Meeting of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA held on Thursday 12 May 2016 approved the annual report and accounts for 2015. The meeting resolved to pay a dividend of NOK 4.15 per share.
A dividend of NOK 4.15 per share will be distributed to the holders of shares in Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA on 12 May 2016. The dividend payment totalled NOK 179 million. The company expects to pay the dividend on 26 May. The company’s shares will be traded ex dividend from and including Friday 13 May 2016.
All shareholder-elected members of the Board of Directors were re-elected as members for a one-year period. In addition, Catharina Hellerud was elected as new board member. Ms. Hellerud is CFO of Gjensidige ASA.
Following the Annual General Meeting, the shareholder-elected members of the Board of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA are as follows:
- Benedicte Schilbred Fasmer (Chairman)
- Harald Espedal (Deputy Chairman)
- Ottar Ertzeid
- Widar Salbuvik
- Catharina Hellerud

The Board of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA was authorised to carry out buy-backs of up to 1% of the company’s own shares. This mandate was approved because the Board wishes to have the opportunity to operate a share purchase program for employees of the Oslo Børs VPS group.
To facilitate distribution of dividends on more than one occation during the year, the Board of Directors was authorized to approve the distribution of dividends based on the company’s annual financial accounts for 2014.
