The index will be made up of 115 stocks, following the inclusion of 3 new constituents and the exclusion of 4
The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee has decided, in accordance with technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the first half of 2012.
Based on trading volume and market capitalisation criteria, the new composition of the IGBM is as follows: the index is to add 3 stocks while 4 will be excluded from the index. The IGBM and Indice Total will comprise 115 shares during the first half of 2012.
The index inclusions and exclusions are as follows:

Cepsa S.A., delisted on 24 August 2011 following acquisition by International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC)
Banco Pastor S.A., following approval by CNMV of bid by Banco Popular Español, which will be carried out by means of a share swap (1.115 Banco Popular shares for each Banco Pastor share)
Cuotas Participativas CAM S.A., following suspension of trading since 9 December 2011 and after approval by FROB of Banco Sabadell’s acquisition of CAM
Nyesa Valores Corporación S.A., following suspension of trading since 30 September 2011 and the company having filed for bankrupty

DIA Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentos S.A, as a new listed stock as of 5 July 2011, in relation to a payment in kind to shareholders in Carrefour (1 DIA share x 1 Carrefour share as at 4 July 2011)
