Xignite, Inc., the leading provider of market data cloud solutions for financial services has been selected to present at FinDEVr New York 2016, a technology-focused conference for fintech developers, engineers and CTOs. Xignite will showcase CloudStreaming and CloudAlerts, two new APIs that allow fintech developers to stream real-time market data to digital financial applications, and add notification alerts for real-time market events and conditions, such as price movements or volume breakouts.
Impatient millennials expect instant updates. This means that next gen fintech apps must provide more real-time capabilities to keep them engaged, and doing this today requires significant coding and processing power. Xignite will demonstrate the CloudStreaming API and show developers how they can add real-time streaming of global quotes for stock, indices, and options, precious metals prices and foreign currency exchange rates into any robo-advisor, trading, or wealth management app or platform in just minutes. They also will teach developers how to use CloudAlerts to trigger alerts, such as price movements, volume triggers, historical level breakouts, etc. and notify users by SMS, email or by popping an alert on their screen.
