Xetra/FWB: Subscription Start For KARLIE Group GMBH Bond

KARLIE Group GmbH is launching a corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN DE000A1TNG90 can be subscribed from today until 21 June, subject to early termination of subscription. It has a volume of up to €30 million, runs until 25 June 2018 and has an interest rate of 6.75 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

Trading is planned to commence on 25 June 2013. The applicant is VISCARDI AG, and the specialist Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.

“We are delighted that KARLIE Group GmbH has decided to place a corporate bond on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Bonds in the Entry Standard are a cost-effective and simple financing alternative – also for companies that are not yet listed themselves on the stock exchange,” said Dr Cord Gebhardt, Head of Primary Markets at Deutsche Börse.

According to company information, KARLIE Group GmbH is one of the two market leaders in pet accessories in Germany and Europe. It works in development, production and wholesale of pet products. KARLIE products are sold in around 70 countries. The export share is considerably over 50%. As well as pet shops, KARLIE supplies DIY stores, garden centres and larger established online retailers.
