STERN IMMOBILIEN AG is launching a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. The bond with the ISIN: DE000A1TM8Z7 can be subscribed from today until 17 May, subject to early termination of subscription in case of high demand. It has a volume of up to €20 million, runs until 23 May 2018 and has an interest rate of 6.25 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.
Trading is planned to commence on 23 May 2013. The applicant is VEM Aktienbank AG and the specialist SCHNIGGE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.
“We are delighted that STERN IMMOBILIEN AG has decided to place a bond on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Bonds in the Entry Standard are a simple and cost-effective financing alternative, particularly for SMEs,” said Dr. Cord Gebhardt, Head of Primary Markets at Deutsche Börse.
According to company sources, STERN IMMOBILIEN AG focuses on residential and commercial real estate and is active in markets with lucrative opportunities. The company focuses in particular on optimising value and returns and ultimately the sale of properties in and around Munich, in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area, and in Istanbul.
