MS “Deutschland” Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is issuing a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. Subscription to the bond (ISIN: DE000A1RE7V0) is expected to be possible until 14 December. It has a volume of €60 million, runs until December 2017 and has an interest rate of 6.875 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.
Trading is planned to commence on 18 December 2012. Walter Ludwig Wertpapierhandelsbank AG is the specialist.

The company's core asset is the ocean-going cruise ship “Deutschland”, which was built and entered service in 1998. The “Deutschland” was built by Howaldtswerke Deutsche Werft AG, Kiel.
