Xetra/Börse Frankfurt: Subscription Starts For Beate Uhse AG Bond

Beate Uhse AG is issuing a corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN DE000A12T1W6 can be subscribed from today until 4 July 2014, subject to early termination of subscription. It has an issue volume of up to €30 million, runs until July 2019 and has a coupon rate of 7.75 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

Trading is planned to commence on 9 July 2014. Applicant and specialist is Scheich & Partner Börsenmakler GmbH, Listing Partner is youmex AG.

Beate Uhse AG, named after its founder, was founded 68 years ago. According to its own reports, the company is active in Europe with more than 650 employees in eleven countries and achieved a turnover of EUR 142.0 million in 2013. The portfolio of Beate Uhse Group includes well-known brands such as Beate Uhse, Pabo, Adam et Eve and Christine le Duc and private label products like ToyJoy, Besired, KissMe or B.Love. In the B2C business Beate Uhse operates 96 own shops, a web shop as well as a catalog and a media entertainment program.
