A new equity index fund issued by Ossiam has been tradeable in Deutsche Börse's XTF segment on Xetra since Monday.
The new Ossiam ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of the four most undervalued European sectors. The sectors are selected on a monthly basis, using CAPE ratio and 12-month momentum. CAPE stands for Cyclically Adjusted Price-Earnings and calculates the ratio of the share price to average inflation-adjusted earnings over the past ten years.
The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,044 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €11 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
