A new iShares ETF from BlackRock's product offering has been tradable in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment on Xetra since Thursday.
The iShares MSCI Target UK Real Estate UCITS ETF provides investors with access to the performance of real estate in the UK. The fund participates directly in the performance of the securities (UK REITs, real estate companies and liquid fixed-income securities) in the reference index MSCI UK Liquid Real Estate Index. Inflation-linked UK government bonds are used to reduce the effects of leverage from the REITs, volatility and equity market performance on returns.
The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,053 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €11 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
