Siltronic AG (ISIN: DE000WAF3001) has been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 11 June. A total of 11 million shares were placed in the IPO. Additionally, there is a greenshoe option of 1.65 million shares. The total issue volume was approximately €330 million. The initial listing price was €31.50; the issue price €30.00.
Citigroup and Credit Suisse are joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. Oddo Seydler Bank AG acted as designated sponsor and as a specialist of the IPO.

Wacker Chemie AG’s semiconductor division operates production facilities in Europe, Asia and the USA. Siltronic develops and manufactures wafers with diameters of up to 300 mm. Silicon wafers form the basis of the modern micro and nanoelectronics. They are used, for instance, in computers, smartphones, flat-panel displays, navigation systems, automotive engine control systems and many other applications.
