Xetra Offers Trading In Volkswagen AG Subscription Rights - Liquid Trading From 31 March To 9 April - Designated Sponsors Provide Liquidity In Trading

The subscription rights for the new shares issued as part of the capital increase of Volkswagen AG can be traded from 31 March to 9 April 2010 in the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange; in continuous trading until 8 April and then on the last trading day - 9 April - in an auction on Xetra.

Designated sponsors will provide the liquidity in continuous trading on Xetra. The minimum order size for the subscription right (ISIN: DE000A1DAKV5) is 5,000 units. The subscription rights are tradable in all order sizes (from one unit upwards) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in an auction every day.

Subscription rights are tradable on Xetra and on the floor of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The pan-European Xetra network provides 250 banks and brokerage firms in 19 countries with direct access to trading in subscription rights – in the same infrastructure as is used for trading in the corresponding underlying and derivative products.
