- The 1st Global Energy & Resources Conference introduces CEE investors to US and European energy and resources companies
The 1st Global Energy & Resources Conference takes place at the premises of Warsaw Stock Exchange on Monday, 2 June 2014. Leading institutional investors in CEE, investment fund managers and analysts meet to discuss and evaluate new investment opportunities. The Conference introduces investors to US and European energy and resources companies.
“We are pleased to host US and European companies active in the key sectors of energy and resources. We hope that the Conference will become a regular feature at WSE. As an organiser of exchange trading, we expect that the meeting of investors and companies at the Global Energy & Resources Conference will bring more IPOs of foreign companies to WSE,” said Beata Jarosz, Vice-President of WSE. “Warsaw Stock Exchange provides companies with access to a wide range of investors: local and international, individual and institutional. We hope that the participants of the event discover the potential of the Polish market,” said Ms Jarosz.
Companies meeting with investors at the Conference include: FX Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company with production in the US and Poland; Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc., a leading provider of nuclear and mixed waste management services; RDX Technologies Corporation, a water treatment technology company; Hydro Phi Technologies Group, Inc., a developer of water-based hydrogen fuel production systems; Serinus, an oil and gas exploration and production company.
The Conference is organised by Dom Maklerski WDM which provides investment banking services to SMEs and manages investments in CEE, and by Filipex Enterprises, San Francisco, which provides a business service for companies in the life science, high-tech, energy and resources sector by providing visibility and access to capital.
