- the Polish capital market
- the culture of investing on the exchang
- Warsaw as a capital hub
An image campaign of the Polish capital market, in particular the exchange market, has been launched today.
The purpose of the campaign is to highlight the special role played for more than two decades by the Polish public capital market in systemic transition and development of a free-market economy in Poland. The Capital City of Warsaw is the patron of the campaign.
“Driving the Polish Economy for 23 Years” is one of the campaign slogans addressed mainly to individuals who are neither involved in the capital market nor interested in economics or the economy. The campaign should raise their awareness about the primary function of the exchange in financing economic growth, allocation of capital and corporate valuation. It also suggests that individuals who think about securing their future should consider investing in capital market instruments.
“In the past 23 years, WSE has become the biggest and strongest trading floor in Central and Eastern Europe. We have been a driver of the Polish economy which has flourished among others thanks to intensive development of the capital market. With the campaign, we want to be more present in the awareness of Poles and to demonstrate that we have been and will be an important part of building a modern Poland,” said Adam Maciejewski, President of the Management Board of WSE.
The campaign is implemented by Agency Adbirds.
