Date 17/03/2006

After close of business on March 17, 2006, WSE executed periodic changes in main indices’ portfolios.

In the WIG20 index SOFTBANK was replaced by BORYSZEW, which left the MIDWIG index. Additionally GROCLIN, SANOK and NOWAGALA were removed from that index, however the index was supplemented by SOFTBANK, PULAWY, SANWIL and STRZELEC.

The new participant of the TechWIG index is NOVITUS.

SKOTAN, IDMSA.PL, POLNORD, ALMA, MCI, FERRUM, ATLANTAPL, MOSTALWAR, PEPEES and ROPCZYCE were moved from the WIRR index to the WIG index. In the WIRR index HYDROBUD was replaced by SWARZEDZ.

POLNORD, PUE, WOLCZANKA, PROSPER, MOSTALEXP, ARTMAN, SWISSMED and LENTEX entered and UNIMIL was removed from the WIG-PL index.

Following the amendment in the indices’ methodology, the allotment certificate of the company PBG supplemented, for the first time, the WIG and the WIG-PL portfolios.

Periodic changes are executed quarterly to reflect current liquidity and free float market value of listed companies.
