"Web-invest" Bank Director Maxim Tsyganov Joins RTS Stock Exchange Derivatives Market Committee

"Web-invest" bank director Maxim Tsyganov has become a member of the RTS Stock Exchange Derivatives Market Committee following the decision of the RTS Stock Exchange Board of Directors made on April 18th, 2003.

The RTS Stock Exchange Derivatives Market Committee is the RTS Partnership advisory body responsible for the development of the derivatives market committee operating guidelines.
