The only WCE contract affected is the Domestic Feed Wheat Futures Contract that allows for delivery in Thunder Bay in addition to interior delivery points in western Canada. The Board concluded that changes in grain storage rates at the Thunder Bay delivery point are within the scope of the rules for the Domestic Feed Wheat Futures Contract.
