The WSE Management Board makes public a list of securities (stocks and bonds) that effective from 1 July this year will be allowed to be traded using short sale orders. The list of securities will be also available under the tab „Short selling and securities lending” on WSE Web site (www.gpw.pl-> Investor Centre -> Short selling and securities lending -> Securities available for short selling).
The WSE Management Board reserves the right to amend the list effective from 1 July this year. The amendment may be made when in exchange trade there are securities that will meet classification criteria, set forth in the WSE Rules, for short selling securities or the securities placed on the published list have ceased to comply with the classification criteria or have been withdrawn from exchange trade and have also been marked in a special manner, which is referred to in §107a par. 5 of the WSE Rules.
