Warsaw Stock Exchange: Quarterly Changes In Indices Portfolios

After close of business on 18 September 2009, WSE executed periodic changes in Main List and NewConnect indices portfolios.

The composition of WIG20 index remains unchanged.

In mWIG40 index COMARCH, HBPOLSKA, MOSTALEXP and POLICE have been replaced by BOGDANKA, CEDC, CENTROZAP and DUDA.

In sWIG40 index 14ZACH, CENTROZAP, DUDA, ENERGOPN, JAGO, PEGAS and PROJPRZEM have been replaced by BBIZENNFI, COMARCH, HBPOLSKA, KOFOLA, MOSTALEXP, POLICE and TECHMEX.

WIG index covers all companies quoted in the WSE Main List with the exception of companies in a particular market situation (such as bankruptcy, insolvency, qualified for MINUS5 and ALERT LIST segments and the Lower Liquidity Space). NCIndex includes shares quoted on the NewConnect market.

After these changes, the WIG index includes 313 companies and the NCIndex 95 companies.

Weightings of companies in WSE indexes are based on the free float shares with the largest WIG20 index participants limited to 15%, and for the other indexes to 10%.
