The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 of January 16, 2007, as amended, and the earlier announcement on December 15, 2009 after the session an analysis of the closing price of PGE shares has been performed in relation to WIG20, mWIG40 and sWIG80 ranking indexes on October 30, 2009.
Based on this analysis, it was found that PGE company does not meet the criterion of qualifications into the WIG20 index portfolio of the extraordinary adjustment. Therefore, the qualification procedure for PGE company will be carried out under the ordinary annual WIG20 index review in March 2010.
However, shares of PGE company will be introduced into the WIG and WIG-PL indexes in standard mode, ie. after three sessions of the first day of trading of PGE company shares.
