- The GPW Supervisory Board at its meeting on 16 March 2016 decided to appoint Paweł Dziekoński as Vice President of the GPW Management Board
- Pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2009, the decision will take effect subject to the approval of the changes on the GPW Management Board given by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)
Paweł Dziekoński
Paweł Dziekoński has extensive experience in the financial sector, capital market, banking, and consulting. He currently serves as Director of the Credit Products Department of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. responsible for mortgage banking, retail client, and SME and Mid-Cap financial instrument products units.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Paweł Dziekoński was Executive Director with Kredyt Bank S.A. responsible for SME and corporate credit product development, structured finance, and commercial real estate finance. He was Director of the Advisor Section at Deloitte. Paweł Dziekoński was also an advisor in key projects on the Polish financial market commissioned by the National Bank of Poland and KNF. He specialises in financial instrument development and in regulatory issues.
Paweł Dziekoński has an MA in Finance and Banking and a PhD from the Collegium of World Economy, Warsaw School of Economics.
