Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW): Appointment Of The Exchange Supervisory Board Of A New Term

• The GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 19 June 2017 appointed seven members of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Exchange Supervisory Board) of a new term of office

According to Article 385(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 13(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the following members of the Exchange Supervisory Board of the previous term of office were dismissed: Marek Dietl, Jarosław Grzywiński; Grzegorz Kowalczyk, Wojciech Nagel, Marek Słomski, and Eugeniusz Szumiejko.

According to Article 385(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 13(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the following members were appointed to the Exchange Supervisory Board of the new term of office: Filip Paszke and Piotr Prażmo (Members of the Exchange Supervisory Board nominated under Article 13(3)(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association), Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk (Member of the Exchange Supervisory Board nominated under Article 13(3)(2) of the Company’s Articles of Association) and Wojciech Nagel, Bogusław Bartczak, Jakub Modrzejewski and Eugeniusz Szumiejko.
