In light of recent market information, Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), in agreement with CEESEG AG (CEESEG), confirms that they have started preliminary discussions with a view to consider potential ways of strengthening mutual cooperation.

At this stage all strategic options and cooperation routes are being reviewed.
