VTB Capital was ranked first in Dealogic League Tables in the DCM Bookrunner and M&A Advisor categories across Russia and CIS in 1H 2016.
According to Dealogic data VTB Capital took first place by volume of transactions in the CIS International debt capital market. Since the beginning of the year VTB Capital arranged 5 transactions for a total of US $2,049bln with 29,4% market share.
VTB Capital also maintained top positions in Russia Domestic DCM having arranged 26 transactions, amounting to US $1,655 bln and taking a 23% share of the market. In particular, VTB Capital has cemented its position as the №1 Eurobond Bookrunner in Russia with over 38% net market share, far ahead of the nearest competitor.
VTB Capital also held the top spot in M&A by number of transactions in Russia.
