Vladimir Shapovalov Elected Chairman Of RTS Stock Exchange Risk Management Committee

On its October 2nd, 2003, meeting the RTS Stock Exchange Board of Directors Appointed Vladimir Shapovalov the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

Mr. Shapovalov heads the risk management department of "United Financial Group" company.
