Vizrt Group AS lists its first bond issue on Oslo Børs today.
Vizrt provides real-time 3D graphics, studio automation, sports analysis and asset management tools for the media and entertainment industry.
The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – VIZRT GROUP AS 15/21 FRN USD C– is an issue of USD 113 million with a floating interest rate of 3 month US-LIBOR + 7.125 %, with maturity in March 2021. Nordea is the manager for the issue.
