Commenting on the resignation, Peter Stevens, Chairman of virt-x plc, said: "During the last 3 years, Richard has played a very important role in the development of Tradepoint and the transition to virt-x. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Richard for all that he achieved in Tradepoint and virt-x and to wish him well for the future."
