Additionally, new single-day volume records were set for wheat futures and wheat options contracts this month. The new records are 32,024 wheat futures contracts on June 28 and 5,261 wheat options contracts on June 26.
Wheat futures open interest reached an all-time high of 91,261 contracts on June 21, while on the same day, wheat options open interest set a new record of 47,713 contracts.
