On 5 December 2018, the management of the exchange operating company Wiener Börse AG resolved to extend the admission of J.P. Morgan AG, Frankfurt am Main (Germany) as a member of the Vienna Stock Exchange to its London branch with effect from 6 December 2018.
The member J.P. Morgan AG, Frankfurt am Main (Germany) is thus entitled, with effect from 6 December 2018, to participate in the trading of securities on the cash market via the electronic trading system Xetra® by way of the free movement of services from Germany and via the branch office in London, J.P. Morgan AG, London Branch, London (UK) and, as a non-clearing member, to participate in the settlement system for transactions concluded on the cash market via the electronic trading system Xetra®.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
