Vienna Stock Exchange: Admission To Trading Of BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. Paris (France) Including Its London Branch

The management board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 19 November 2012 to enlarge the admission to trading for BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. Paris (France) including its branch in London as a member of the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as a securities exchange effective 21 November 2012 to include the right to take part in the trading of options and financial futures contracts.

Therefore, the member BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. Paris (France) is authorized effective 21 November 2012 to take part in cash market trading for securities through the electronic trading system XETRA® and in derivatives market trading for options and financial futures contracts through the electronic trading system EUREX® within the scope of the freedom to provide services from France and via its the London branch, BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. London Branch London (UK), and will takes part as an indirect member (indirect clearing member via a general clearing member) in the clearing and settlement system for trades concluded on the cash market and for trades concluded on the derivatives market.
