SGX STATEMENT
Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) has been informed by FTSE Group, the index calculator, that it has rectified the inaccuracies in the computation of the Straits Times Index (STI). However, the other FTSE ST Index Series may still not fully reflect the movement in their respective components. FTSE Group is currently investigating the matter.
Market participants are advised to trade with caution.
