Recently, the "V-Next ELITE Alliance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") Shenzhen Station was successfully held at SZSE. This event is one of the cross-border investing and financing activities of the Alliance. It is sponsored by the Alliance and undertaken by Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SZSE, and ELITE, a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange Group Plc. It is designed to further deepen the understanding of overseas technical innovation enterprises on China's capital market and business environment, and to promote the investing and financing cooperation between foreign enterprises and Chinese domestic investment institutions and related industrial enterprises. Representatives from SZSE's International Department, Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd., and ELITE attended the event and delivered speeches.
V-Next ELITE Alliance Shenzhen Station was successfully held at SZSE
The three-day event attracted more than ten UK and Italian quality companies from the ELITE platform. These companies cover industries such as healthcare, IT, energy conservation, high-end manufacturing, and big consumption. During the event, a training course for foreign companies themed "Business in China" was held and taught by 13 experts from banks, law firms, VC institutions, and multinational corporations. The course covered 10 fields such as China's investment environment, business culture, intellectual property protection, and foreign investment policies. Meanwhile, the participating overseas enterprises carried out roadshow through SZSE's V-Next platform to fully demonstrate the cutting-edge technologies, applications and operation achievements of UK and Italian enterprises. The roadshow attracted more than 100 investment institutions and industrial enterprises to participate. More than ten of them made appointments with overseas companies to conduct one-on-one communications to explore their investing and financing cooperation needs and industrial cooperation opportunities.

Since its establishment at the end of 2017, the Alliance has held three cross-border investing and financing matchmaking events. The China-UK cross-border investing and financing cooperation has achieved substantial results. The V-Next platform is based on the "Technological SMEs Development Road Map 2.0" jointly launched by SZSE and the Ministry of Science and Technology and has established an information window to serve the cross-border cooperation between innovative venture enterprises and the capital market. The V-Next platform provides technology SMEs with all-round full life-cycle financing and comprehensive services through "on-the-spot roadshow plus live webcast" and establishes a cooperation network for 35 countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". ELITE continues to provide SMEs with a wide range of services including corporate training, roadshow demonstration and private financing. After five years of operation and accumulation, it has gradually built a business cultivation ecosystem that connects companies, universities, intermediaries and investment institutions and covers Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
