Rt Hon. Andrew Tyrie MP, Chairman of the Treasury Committee, has written to Andrew Bailey, Chief Executive of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and Ross McEwan, Chief Executive of RBS, regarding the new complaints review process for SME customers in RBS' Global Restructuring Group (GRG).

Commenting on the correspondence, Mr Tyrie said:
"More detail on the design of the scheme is needed. This could give affected businesses more confidence that they will obtain reasonable compensation.
The regulator should publish its full report into GRG as soon as possible."
