UniCredito's TradingLab Banca Chooses OM Technology To Power Its ECN solution - TLX

TradingLab Banca, part of UniCredito Italiano Group, appointed OM Technology as IT partner and systems provider for its Electronic Communications Network (ECN) called TLX. In September 2000, OM Technology performed a pre-study regarding the system delivery and support for its Stride system. The system will be implemented and in use by the end of the first quarter 2001.

We have aggressive plans to expand TLX with reference to the products traded, the banks/brokers connected and new market makers in different countries, said Alessandro Zignani, Product Manager of TLX. OM Technology has shown an outstanding track record in developing software for the financial markets and is an ideal partner for TradingLab. The Stride system is developed and maintained together with Elind Computers Limited, a software house based in Bangalore, India. Stride is an electronic trading system and includes functionality for trading, administration and surveillance.
