Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 04 September 2006:
- Unibail SA (France, SEDOL: 7076242, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40402010) will replace BOC Group (United Kingdom, SEDOL: 0108120 GICS: Materials, GICS Code: 15101040) in the S&P Europe 350 and will be added to the S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices. BOC Group will be deleted from the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices following the cash takeover by fellow constituent Linde AG, which remains subject to UK High Court sanction of the scheme of arrangement.
Unibail SA is a commercial property investment company, active in the areas of office, retail and exhibition centre property. The number of shares outstanding will be 45,855,000 and the Investable Weight Factor will be 1. The company will be added to the S&P Europe 350 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Diversified REITs sub industry.
