Underwriters Of NYSE Group, Inc. Secondary Offering Of Common Stock Exercise Over Allotment Option To Purchase An Additional 3,750,000 Shares

Today, NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) announced that JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, global coordinators of the secondary offering of 25,000,000 shares of common stock by certain NYSE stockholders, exercised their option to purchase an additional 3,750,000 shares from the selling stockholders at the public offering price of $61.50 per share, less the underwriting discount. NYSE Group is not selling any shares of NYSE Group common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds.
