Search warrants were today executed at two addresses in London and one in Germany as part of a Financial Services Authority (FSA) investigation concerning insider dealing. The FSA worked with the police and prosecution authority in Hessen, Germany to co-ordinate and carry out the execution of the warrants.
One man, a city professional aged 37, and a woman, aged 28, were also
arrested in London on suspicion of insider dealing.
Today's operation was jointly carried out by the FSA and the City of London
Police Economic Crime Directorate.
No further details can be confirmed at this time. The arrests are not linked to
any other ongoing insider dealing investigation.
