This year’s edition is the fifth in the publication series to cover the UK as a non-Member State. It gives a breakdown of the invoices received from the EU, setting out payments made in 2025. Although mostly backward looking, the Statement also provides a forecasted estimate of the UK’s total outstanding liability.
