The FCA has today issued a Warning Notice Statement in relation to Carillion and certain of its former executive directors.
The FCA may publish information about certain types of warning notices if it considers it appropriate to do so, having consulted the subject of the warning notice in question.The principal purpose of this power it to promote the early transparency of enforcement proceedings. The FCA cannot comment further while the case is ongoing.
