UBS MTF Trading Notice - Change Of Trade Reporting Arrangement

This trading notice is to inform you of changes to the reporting destination for trades undertaken on UBS MTF.
In order to fulfill MiFID post-trade transparency requirements, trades executed on UBS MTF are currently reported to the Markit BOAT “TDM” (Trade Data Monitor) service.

From Monday 28 October, all trades will be reported to the BATS Trade Reporting Service which has received approval from the Financial Conduct Authority to operate a TDM service ( www.fca.org.uk/static/documents/fca-tdm-guidelines.pdf).

All trades will be flagged with the UBS MTF MIC “XUBS”. The Bloomberg ticker for the BATS Trade Reporting service is “XV”.
