UAL Corporation (Nasdaq:UAUA) of Elk Grove Township, Illinois, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index(r) (Nasdaq:NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE), and the NASDAQ-100 Ex Technology Index(Nasdaq:NDXX) prior to market open on March 8, 2007. UAL Corporation will replace American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEOS). UAL Corporation will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (Nasdaq:QQQQ).

The Trustee for the NASDAQ-100 Trust is required to adjust the composition of the Trust within three business days of the effective date of a change to the composition of the NASDAQ-100 Index.
