Two New Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities List On The Irish Stock Exchange

Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley last week listed commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) deals on the ISE.

Deutsche Bank arranged their new security through a transaction from Deco 2014 Bonn. The €679.9m loan was secured by a portfolio of 29 German offices owned by IVG Immobilien and is due 2024.

Also, with the ELOC 30 Zephyrus transaction, Morgan Stanley arranged an issuance of £196.666m. The loan, due 2021, is secured by Capital and Regional’s six strong UK Mall Fund.
