Turnover At Deutsche Börse’s Cash Markets At 92.9 Billion Euros In November

Order book turnover on Xetra, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Tradegate stood at €92.9 billion in November (November 2012: €87.9 billion). Of the €92.9 billion, €83.4 billion were attributable to Xetra (November 2012: €80.8 billion). €4.8 billion were attributable to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (November 2012: €4.4 billion). Order book turnover on Tradegate Exchange* totalled approximately €4.7 billion in November (November 2012: €2.8 billion). 
 In equities, turnover reached €82.2 billion on Deutsche Börse’s cash markets (Xetra: €75.5 billion, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: €2.4 billion, Tradegate Exchange: €4.3 billion). Turnover in bonds was €1.4 billion, and in structured products €1.4 billion. Order book turnover in ETFs/ETCs/ETNs amounted to €8.0 billion.
 A total of 16.2 million transactions were executed on Xetra in November (November 2012: 14.3 million). The average daily turnover on Xetra stood at €4.0 billion in November (November 2012: €3.7 billion). 
 The DAX security with the highest turnover in November was Siemens AG at €3.9 billion. ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG led the MDAX equities at €879.7 million, while Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG topped the SDAX equity index with €155.5 million, and Nordex SE headed TecDAX with €381.9 million. The ETF with the highest turnover on Xetra was iShares DAX with €643.0 million.
 The electronic trading platform Eurex Bonds traded €8.9 billion (single counting) in November (November 2012: €11.1 billion).
