TURBO Certificates Issued By ING Now In Trading On The WSE - Structured Certificates Issued By ING Bank N.V. Have Been Newly Listed On The Warsaw Stock Exchange

Date 13/06/2013

Structured certificates issued by ING Bank N.V. are now in trading on the WSE. TURBO certificates are instruments which provide investors with new opportunities to diversify their portfolios as they offer exposures to diverse underlying instruments, including instruments which as a standard are not available on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The underlying of the TURBO certificates issued by ING Bank are stock exchange indices, commodities and currencies, as well as stocks listed on the WSE and other global exchanges, including the most recognisable global brands such as Nokia, Apple and Google. In addition to investment in leading indices such as WIG20, Euro Stoxx 50 and Dow Jones, ING’s products offer gains from changes to the EUR/USD, EUR/PLN exchange rates and the prices of gold, silver and crude oil.

TURBO certificates use the variable leverage mechanism so investments follow the rise or fall of the price of the underlying to a greater degree. Similar to other structured products, certificates offer gains to the upside or downside of the price of the underlying at a low investment of own capital while the small spread between the bid and the ask price additionally reduces the cost of investment. Investors’ money is protected with an embedded mechanism which reduces losses by automatically closing the investor’s position under adverse market conditions.

Key parameters of the newly listed certificates are presented in the attached table.
